Does your family love to ski? Mine does. I do not. BUT, I love doing things that they love doing. Well, at least I love it when I am not suffering from altitude sickness that is!
For the past few years we have taken the kids skiing after Christmas. One of our favorite places to visit is Park City because it is so convenient. The drive from the airport is quick, there are plenty of ski in – ski out places to stay, and there are definitely enough runs to make for our family.
Here are some snippets from our trip in December 2021. You don’t see me anywhere because I spent the majority of the trip sleeping on the couch because of altitude sickness. I did actually get out and ski at least a few hours of the day, but I never felt 100% on that trip. Maybe next year!
Before I go, we typically just place to-go orders for dinner in Park City. The restaurants can get pretty crowded and we are just wiped out after a day of skiing. Many of the restaurants are worth mentioning, but we do love No Name Saloon.
