How is it that these kids just keep on growing up?! Whether we like it or not, we officially have a 5th and 1st grader at our house!
These two had such a fun summer that they were a little more hesitant about going back to school. Now that they are in the swing of things they are loving their classes, teachers, and being with friends again.
Joelle is now at an intermediate campus with 5th and 6th grades only. She has a bell schedule with 8 periods… which she was very nervous about at first, but now she has the hang of it. Her favorite subject is math, but she loves all of her classes. She also doesn’t understand why 5th grade boys have to run everywhere they go (welcome to life, sister!).
Israel is at a new school this year since they turned his previous school into an intermediate campus. He loves everything about it, but his favorite subject is recess 🙂
We know they will both have an awesome year!
