Words cannot express how much joy this little sweetie has brought to our lives! We’ve only been home a few short days and I can’t imagine what life was like without her singing, laughing, and playing around the house!
Happy Valentine’s Day!

Amy,
I think I am your number one fan! I race home everyday to read about your journey for the day. Being a parent is both the most difficult and the most rewarding job on the planet! You are a beautiful family and exactly what God has planned! I can't thank you enough for allowing us to follow your journey with Joele. I am so glad that Lord has given you so many blessings in the past year…..even the brain surgery. I think that experience allowed all of us and you to see that God has a plan for us all. You have no idea how many teachers talk about the Godliness we see through all you do….from using your God given talent of creating standard based units to supplementing your income so you could pay for the adoption. It is certainly a living example that when you live your life for the Lord, he blesses you many times over. Each time you write a post on your blog, remember that you have millions of God loving followers that are thanking God for you and the impact you have had on each of us. My kids are both 21 and 19 but oh how I miss those memories you are building right now. Hold on tight! The years seriously fly by. God has blessed me many times over and my daughter is now my best friend and will be getting married soon. I can not tell you how special it is to go shopping with your adult daughter and watch her grow into the daughter you have always dreamed of raising. ๐ Hugs to you, your husband and Joele….:) Thank you so much for allowing us to share in this special time in your life. ๐

I just posted on your teaching blog, but I have to tell you…I just cried looking at these pictures. That is one lucky little girl. In case you don't get around to reading my other post…I agreed to be my sister's surrogate. She is 33 years old and found out in December after 3 painful years that she would never be able to carry and that she would undergo a radical hysterectomy. I just can not wait until the day she can look into her child's eyes and we can take pictures of her family.
God Bless!!!
Hugs!!
Joey
